Ground Force programs follow a periodized model that respects weekly game demands, fatigue patterns, and the long-term development timeline. We build strength, speed, deceleration ability, and movement quality in a progression that mirrors soccer’s weekly rhythm. This creates durable, resilient athletes who are actually prepared for their sport.

Every exercise in our system is grounded in sport science principles. We remove fluff and train the qualities that directly impact match play: force production, hip stability, sprint mechanics, repeated accelerations, and high-speed running. Our methods are designed to increase actual game performance, not just produce sweat.

We measure. Our Exercise Lab uses a combination of 3D motion capture and dual force plates to analyze how an athlete truly moves under speed, load, and fatigue. This gives us more than one hundred objective data points—not opinions—on what an athlete needs to perform at a higher level and stay consistently available throughout the season.

Most training programs rely on generalized workouts. Our system identifies whether an athlete is force-deficient, velocity-deficient, asymmetrical, overloaded, or simply lacking movement efficiency. Motion capture reveals joint angles, pelvic control, limb positions, and mechanical patterns. Force-plate data shows how much power each leg produces, how effectively force is absorbed, and how quickly an athlete can transfer energy.
